   At Bout d'Art Studio, every set of press-on nails is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. We truly want you to love your purchase and enjoy your experience with us.

   Because our nail sets are handmade and often created specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection mistakes, or personal preference.

   However, if something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Simply email us at boutdartstudio@gmail.com and include:

* Your order number

* A brief description of the issue

* Clear photos of the product

We'll review your request and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

    A Note About Handmade Products

Each nail set is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color, pattern placement, or small details are a natural part of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.
